We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label.

If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and shall pay the shipping fee directly to the courier company. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it properly.

The fastest way to get your desired item is to return your current product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new separate order.

Notwithstanding the above policy, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same return conditions apply: the item must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse) and inform you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional processing time to post your refund.
