Your card does not have internet payments enabledThis problem is common with newly issued cards.If you receive a new card from the bank, check via your online banking to confirm that internet payments are enabled for your card. If not, activate online payment permissions in your banking account or contact your bank for assistance.

You have exceeded the limit on your cardIf custom internet payment limits are set on your card and your transaction exceeds these limits, the bank will reject the payment.Common card limits include:
- Transaction amount limit: the maximum amount allowed for a single payment, or the daily spending limit
- Payment frequency limit: the maximum number of payments permitted per day
Please adjust your payment limits in online banking and retry your payment.

You do not have enough money on your cardIf your account balance is insufficient, the bank will decline the transaction.Please select an account with sufficient funds to complete your purchase.

Your card has expiredAn expired card (the expiration date is printed on your payment card) cannot be used for checkout.Always use a valid, in-date card for online payments.

What is a CVV / CVC code?
The Card Verification Value (CVC) is a 3-digit security code on the signature strip at the back of your card. It is a mandatory security measure for all online payments.
What is 3D Secure Code?
3D Secure is a one-time verification code sent directly to your registered phone number by your bank. It is an advanced security protocol for online transactions, and payments cannot be processed without valid 3D Secure authentication.
To avoid input errors, you can enable card saving or use the pre-filled online banking payment option.

You have not selected a payment method in the payment gateway form
After redirecting to the payment gateway, you must select a valid payment method to proceed.Available options usually include:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Fast bank transfer
- Standard bank transfer
- Google Pay, PayPal and other digital wallets

You pressed the Back button during checkoutClicking the Back button after confirming payment will interrupt and cancel the transaction.This often happens when customers try to edit order details last minute, or accidentally return to the store page on mobile devices mid-payment.

You closed the payment gateway windowClosing the payment pop-up window or browser tab while the transaction is being processed will terminate the payment.Please do not close the browser or payment page until your payment is fully confirmed.
