1. Shipping Scope & Fees

• Free Standard Shipping worldwide: No additional shipping fees are required for all orders, regardless of order value or destination.
• Optional Expedited Shipping: For customers who need faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping services (fees apply). The specific fee and delivery time will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Order Processing: We process and dispatch orders within 24 business hours after confirming your payment (excluding weekends, public holidays and major festivals). During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), order processing may take 1-2 additional business days, and we will notify you in advance if there is any delay.
• Standard Shipping Time (Global):
  • North America (USA, Canada): 7-15 business days
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.): 10-20 business days
  • Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, etc.): 5-12 business days
  • Other regions: 12-30 business days

3. Tracking Information

• Each order will be assigned a unique tracking number once it is dispatched. You can find the tracking number in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account on king-seven.com and checking the order details.
• Tracking information will be updated within 1-3 business days after dispatch (varies by shipping carrier). You can track your package status through the link provided in the order confirmation email or via our website’s "Order Tracking" page.

4. Customs & Duties

• Our prices do not include any customs duties, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the local customs or logistics carrier upon delivery.
• By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to bear all applicable customs-related fees. We are not responsible for any delays, refusals or additional costs caused by customs clearance issues.

5. Lost/Missing Packages

• If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address during checkout, resulting in lost, missing or undelivered packages, we will not be liable for any losses. Please carefully verify your billing and shipping address before submitting your order.
• If the package is lost or missing due to our error (e.g., wrong address printed, package not dispatched), we will take full responsibility: we will either resend the order free of charge or issue a full refund, at your option.
• To claim a lost/missing package, please contact us within 30 days of the order dispatch date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate, and the investigation process may take 5-10 business days.

6. Tracking Information Shows "No Information Available"

It is normal for tracking information to show "no information available" within 1-3 business days after dispatch, as shipping carriers need time to update their systems. If your order was dispatched more than 4 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us immediately at info@king-seven.com with your order number, and we will assist you in verifying the package status.

7. Address Modifications

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours of order submission. Once the order is processed and dispatched, we will not be able to modify the shipping address.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any shipping delays, lost packages or other damages caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, logistics strikes, customs inspections, and other unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances.
